Privacy Policy

We collect the minimum needed to make your report, and we don't sell your data. Here is exactly what we hold and why.

What we collect

• Your email address — to deliver your report and, if you subscribe, your monthly forecasts.
• Your birth date, time and place — the raw material of your chart. We store these with your computed report so your permanent link keeps working.
• Payment details — handled entirely by Stripe, our payment processor. Your card number never touches our servers.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or rent your data to anyone.
• We don't use advertising trackers.
• We don't email you beyond your report and, for subscribers, your monthly delivery — unless you ask us something.

Services we rely on

Your data passes through a small number of processors, each only for its job: Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Render (hosting), Neon (database), and OpenStreetMap's Nominatim service (turning your birth place into coordinates — only the place name is sent, never your email or birth date).

How long we keep it

Your report and birth data are kept so your permanent link works. If you want them deleted, email us and we will remove them within 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to see, correct, or delete the data we hold about you. One email is enough: support@astroconvergence.com
