Refund Policy

The full report is free. If you buy a keepsake or subscribe, here is exactly how refunds work — the same plain policy for everything.

One-time keepsakes

If you buy a one-time keepsake — the Harmonic Portrait or a Relationship Convergence reading — and it isn't what you hoped for, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund it in full. No questions, no forms.

First month, full refund

If you subscribe and it isn't for you, email us within 14 days of your first charge and we will refund it in full — no questions, no forms.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Renewal charges for months already delivered are not refunded, but if something went wrong on our side — a forecast that never arrived, a broken download — tell us and we will make it right.

How to ask

Email support@astroconvergence.com from the address you used to buy or subscribe. Refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days (that timing is the banks', not ours).
